1. Warranty Period:
- The software warranty is for life.
2. Warranty Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by improper use of the software.
- Unauthorized Modifications.
- Use in inappropriate hardware or software environments.
- Use in unusual conditions.
- External interventions.
- Use of activators or crackers.
- Use of the license on multiple devices.
- Software reselling.
3. Defect Resolution:
- In the event of defects in the software, the customer is provided with the following options:
- Repair the defect.
- Replace the software.
4.8 Grant of Software Rights and Permitted Use:
- This clause is exclusive to the purchase of software. Upon completion of the payment, the customer obtains a non-exclusive and unlimited right to use the software as stipulated in the contract. The software can only be used by a certain number of users, corresponding to the amount purchased.
- Actions permitted under this license include installing the software, loading it into memory, and using it according to its intended function. It is expressly forbidden for the client to:
- Rent.
- Sublicense.
- Play publicly.
- Distribute the software to third parties.
- However, the customer has the right to create a backup copy of the software if it deems it necessary to ensure its future use.
